She was warm and caring, but also extremely organised and professional. As we got to know Charlotte, I was forever impressed with her creativity when thinking of activities for the children. They never seemed to do the same thing twice, and boredom was never an issue! I also know Rachel through her capacity as Vice Chairman of a junior football club, as well as being a Welfare Officer. Week in, week out, she single-handedly coordinates large numbers of young children, coaches and parents to enable the children to grow in a safe and happy sporting environment."
